PC * Windows 95, 98 or XP Home Edition * 90 MHz Pentium Processor but today up to a 1.7 gigahertz Celeron is available at low cost * 128 to 256 MB of RAM ( 512 MB is optimal) * 28.8 kpb Modem, with 56 K preferred. If you want to use DSL or a cable modem, get a PC with a built in Ethernet networking system. * Sound Card * Speakers and RealPlayer MAC * Mac OS 8.1 or later. MAC now has the OS X operating system running on its eMac and flat panel iMac models. IMPORTANT UPDATE: Your computer must be Java-enabled to load and enjoy our web courses.
